Our iconic David Traeger label is based in central Victoria. David and I continue to work closely together to ensure his outstanding traditional winemaking methods are reflected in these elegant wines.The grapes were harvested at peak maturity from vineyards in the Nagambie Lakes area.
An elegant, well structured palate with the oak being unobtrusive and tannins well integrated. The ripe fruit flavours and chariness from extended time in new and old French oak give the wine great mouthfeel, having the length which is expected in the styles we make.
Veal Scaloppine or a

Drinking well now with some breathing time in bottle or decanting but will cellar very well.
