The fruit for this wine was sourced from 100% estate grown fruit on the Mornington Peninsula.
All fruit was hand picked and diligently sorted by the winery crew before it made its way into the fermenter helping to ensure the quality of our wines.
Citrus and honey dew dominate the nose with hints of lees and melon.
A well textured palate with citrus and honey dew melon again with a refreshing acid and flinty finish.
