30% fermented in stainless steel tanks and 70% fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Frequent lees stirring and slight malolactic fermentation helped build palate weight and complexity.
With a delightful nose of vanilla and french oak, and a fine pallet beginning with citrus and spice building to apricot and melon with a clean acid finish. This is a wine of great persistence.
