Mornington Estate is our regional focus brand. Produced to match with food or be enjoyed on their own these wines showcase the varieties that do best on the Mornington Peninsula. Made with fruit from carefully selected vineyard sites around the Mornington Peninsula. The 2010 vintage was a wine grower’s dream with excellent quality fruit being harvested throughout March. The wine was made incorporating two different fermentation methods of stainless steel and oak casks. Citrus, spice, and grapefruit dominate the sumptuous palate with some leesy complexity from barrel fermentation and stirring. Drink by itself or match with light tapas or freshly caught seafood.
