Tuerong Park, our limited edition range is grown and personally taken care of by Peter Bauer, our Winemaker. The vines used in creating this range as spaced at 0.75cm apart promoting competition between the fruit, and only the best bunches are used.

This 2017 vintage is a showcase of or best varietals grown on our home vineyards, however it did have its share of challenges with intermittent heavy rains

Wine Making

Hand-picked and sorted the fruit was whole bunch pressed, meaning that the stalks were left on. It was then transferred straight in to French Oak Puncheons (50% new and 50% old) After 10 months of resting in Oak it was then bottled

Taste Profile

Ripe stone fruit, lemon zest, fig and vanilla aromas. Concentrated fruit flavours to the palate with seamlessly interwoven oak notes

Food Pairing

Serve Chardonnay with mild, buttery or creamy dishes. Meaty fish and shellfish, poultry and pork dishes
