“Pee-no Nwar”


Tuerong Park, our limited edition range is grown and personally taken care of by Peter Bauer, our Winemaker. The vines used in creating this range as spaced at 0.75cm apart promoting competition between the fruit, and only the best bunches are used.

This 2017 vintage is a showcase of or best varietals grown on our home vineyards, however it did have its share of challenges with intermittent heavy rains

Wine Making

After being hand-picked the fruit was gently de-stemmed. Fermentation was achieved in aged French puncheons and left to its own devices for 10 months

Taste Profile

Bouquet of Dark Cherry, plum & dark mushrooms. The palate has a rich fruit intensity complemented with several savoury notes

Food Pairing

A very versatile food pairing wine given its higher high acidity and lower tannin. Pinot Noir particularly a lighter bodied variety pairs well with charcuterie, ham, duck, chicken, pork, goat cheese, and fresh green vegetables like asparagus and mushrooms
