All the fruit for this wine was hand-picked and sorted prior to being whole bunch pressed straight to French Oak Puncheons (50% new). Fermentation was achieved through selected yeasts and all batches were gently stirred weekly to help achieve greater mouthfeel. After 10 months of resting in barrel the wine was transferred to its new glass home.
Impeccably composed and gracefully expressed, the wine shows ripe stone fruit, lemon peel, fig and vanilla aromas with whispering cedar nuances. The palate is concentrated and impressively weighted, delivering superb fruit purity and fine texture, wonderfully enhanced by seamlessly woven oak together with perfectly pitched acidity. At its best 2019 to 2025.
